Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The Alana Maria mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Alana Maria (“Alana Maria”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Alana Maria’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Alana Maria through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Alana Maria. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Alana Maria or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Alana Maria mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

Alana Maria Jewellery reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, replace or remove any part of the "Gold Club" loyalty program and to change, replace or remove "ways to earn" and "ways to redeem" offers.

SECTION 23 - PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

Alana Maria Jewellery reserves the right to update promotional material with excluded products and/or collections that are launched after a promotion has gone live. Within the duration of any promotion, Alana Maria Jewellery can decide if new season products are eligible for current promotions.

SECTION 24 - LUCKY OFFER

These supplementary terms and conditions apply to our Lucky Offer.

Alana Maria Jewellery offers VIP customers a secret discount code that can be applied online. The offer is NOT redeemable on New Arrivals, Solid Gold, Earring Sets, AMJ Forever, Bespoke, giftcards products and services. The offer is redeemable by discount code that MUST be applied at checkout. Failure to apply at checkout is the fault of the customer and Alana Maria Jewellery reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.

Usage Limit: This offer is valid for one-time use per customer.

Product Eligibility: The discount is applicable to selected items only.

Sale Period: Alana Maria Jewellery reserves the right to cease the offer at their discretion.

These supplementary terms and conditions apply to our Mystery Box Promotion.

Classic Mystery Box: Priced at $89.99
Premium Mystery Box: Priced at $139.99

Availability: The promotion is available both in-store and online. This is a limited edition promotion, subject to availability while stocks last.

Mystery Box Details:

Inclusions

Each Mystery Box will contain three exclusive items from Alana Maria Jewellery Mystery Box collection.
A Classic Mystery Box guarantees a minimum total retail value of $200 AUD.
A Premium Mystery Box guarantees a minimum total retail value of $300 AUD.
A customer purchasing a Premium Mystery Box is guaranteed a minimum of $300AUD.
The type of jewellery in each Mystery Box is determined by the selected tier.

Exclusions

Ordering & Delivery: All Mystery Boxes are pre-packed and include storage pouches for each piece of jewellery.

Online orders

For online purchases, customers must provide accurate delivery information. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for delay or issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
Shipping fees for online orders will be applied in accordance with or standard shipping policies.

In-Store

For in-store purchases, customers will receive a randomly selected Mystery Box from our collection, subject to availability.

Warranties & Returns:

By purchasing the Alana Maria Jewellery Mystery Box, customers acknowledge that all products are sold in their current condition and are not subject to our Warranty and Returns policies.

Alana Maria Jewellery does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or any other service offered under our Warranty Policy for any items included in the mystery box.

Alana Maria Jewellery disclaims any responsibility for issues or defects that may arise after the sale and as such, no adjustments or repairs will be provided subsequently.

A care card will be provided to the customer with instructions on how to properly care for Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and/or Gold Vermeil pieces. Alana Maria Jewellery will not be held liable for any damage or deterioration of the jewellery resulting from improper care or handling.

Product Information: Detailed product information or descriptions are not available prior to Mystery Box purchase.

Customer Satisfaction: No adjustments, refunds or exchanges based on customer satisfaction or preferences.

Usage Risks: Buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the product.

SECTION 27: AMJ RECYCLING PROGRAM

By participating in the Alana Maria Jewellery program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This initiative reflects our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy within the jewellery industry.

Eligibility: All Alana Maria jewellery made from recyclable materials - 14k gold-filled, Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver and Solid Gold - currently qualifies for our recycling program. The jewellery must be old, broken or unwanted and identifiable as Alana Maria Jewellery.

How to Participate:

In-Store Recycling

Gather Your Items: Collect any eligible Alana Maria Jewellery you wish to recycle.
Visit Us: Bring your items to one of our store locations. Find your nearest store on our website.
Receive Store Credit: After your items are accepted, you will receive store credit equivalent to 25% of the original purchase price of your recycled jewellery.

Mail-In Recycling

Gather Your Items: Collect any eligible Alana Maria Jewellery you wish to recycle.
Initiate Return: Visit our returns portal to begin the mail-in process.
Package Your Return: Use a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Items: Send your package using your local postal service.
Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and process your items, you will receive store credit equivalent to 25% of the original purchase price of your recycled jewellery.

Store Credit

Value of Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for 25% of the original purchase price of the accepted jewellery.
Usage: Store credit can be used toward your next purchase at any Alana Maria Jewellery store or online.
Non-Transferable: Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the AMJ Recycling Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and/or in-store.

Liability: Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the recycling process, whether in-store or via mail. Customers are encouraged to retain any records of their original purchases.

SECTION 30 - Physical, Electronic and Forever Alana Maria Gift Vouchers

Issuance:
- Gift vouchers will be sent directly to the purchaser’s email address as provided during checkout.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate and valid email details at the time of purchase.
Usage:
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed online or at any Alana Maria Jewellery Boutique locations.
- The unique voucher code provided must be presented to complete redemption at checkout.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Delivery:
- Upon receiving an Alana Maria Jewellery Voucher, the purchaser may choose forward the e-voucher via email to the intended recipient or physically deliver the hard copy voucher.
Security:
- Each gift voucher code is unique and should be treated as cash.
- The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift voucher codes.
- Replacement codes will not be issued under any circumstances.
Expiration:
- Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Any unused balance will expire after the validity period.
Restrictions:
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Liability:
- The issuer reserves the right to refuse redemption of any gift voucher that is suspected to be fraudulent or tampered with.
- The issuer assumes no liability for errors or issues arising from the misuse of the gift voucher.
Amendments:

Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date of your account being created.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the potential winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, irrevocably and in perpetuity, without further notice, payment, or consideration.

11) Ancillary costs. All ancillary costs (if any) associated with the Prize are not included as part of the Prize.

To the extent permitted by law, the Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Sponsors will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged Prize.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically included in these Official Rules and all federal, state, territorial, and/or local taxes and fees in connection with the Prize.

The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed except for the option explicitly stated in these Official Rules.

12) Winner Notification. Award of the Prize is subject to verification of the winner.

The prize winner will be notified by phone and email at the phone number and email address supplied on the Entry Form on 17th December 2025 AEDT (the “Notification Date”).

If requested by the Sponsor, within two (2) business days of the Notification Date, the potential winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”) to claim the Prize.

If the prize winner cannot be contacted by the above means, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if requested by the Sponsor), or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the entrant with the next best Submission as determined by the Sponsor.

By participating in the Promotion, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and city and state of residence both for the purpose of announcing the winners on Sponsor’s Instagram page (or elsewhere) and for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide. That consent is provided irrevocably and in perpetuity, without further notice, payment, or consideration to the winner.

13) Privacy. The Sponsor collects personal information of entrants. The Sponsor may disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers, in order to conduct the Promotion.

Personal information of an entrant received by the Sponsor shall at all times be treated by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is located at:

In accordance with those privacy policies, the Sponsor may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information of an entrant for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. By participating in the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving such electronic messages or telephone communications.

The above Alana Maria privacy policies also contain information about how entrants may opt out from receiving communications from Alana Maria, or access, update, or correct their personal information held by the Sponsor.

14) General Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, including the Sponsor’s rights under these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with, cheats, deceives, or otherwise engages in unfair practices concerning the administration, operation, or security of the Promotion or annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrant or Sponsor.

Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Should such conduct occur, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15) Limitation of Liability. Except for any liability that cannot by law be restricted, modified, or excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees (defined in clause 16 below), Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of:

(a) any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete entries;
(b) any errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in any Promotion-related materials, including all advertising for the Promotion, in these Official Rules and/or in the distribution of a Prize;
(c) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
(d) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion;
(e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in the operation of any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, cameras, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the Promotion;
(f) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the internet or website or any combination thereof;
(g) suspended or discontinued internet, wireless, or landline phone service; or
(h) any injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion.

16) Non-Excludable Guarantees. In respect of Australian resident entrants, nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes, restricts, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, restrict, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees and other non-excludable provisions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to that Act).

The above is referred to as the “Non-Excludable Guarantees.”

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Sponsor (including its respective directors, officers, employees and agents) (“Released Persons”) excludes all liability (including, to the extent permitted, for negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion and/or as a result of the winner taking up and using any aspect of the Prize.

If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, regularly scheduled maintenance, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, or any other reason, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Prize award. Where applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize using all known eligible entries received as of the date of termination of the Promotion in accordance with this clause in a manner deemed fair by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. No more than the number and value of Prizes listed in these Official Rules will be awarded.

17) Release. Except where prohibited by law (including by reason of the Non-Excludable Guarantees), by participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Persons from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion or from the entrant’s receipt, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize (“Claim”). Entrants hereby waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

Where a Claim cannot be excluded, the amount of damages will be limited to the direct cost the entrant incurred in participating in the Promotion and will not include any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity or profit.

18) Force Majeure. The failure by the Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of god, hurricane, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, fire, riot, earthquake, actions of governmental authorities, or any other reason outside the reasonable control of Sponsor shall not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

19) Governing Law / Jurisdiction. The Promotion is subject to all applicable national, federal, territorial, state, and local laws of Australia.

Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia for the resolution of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the Prize (individually, “Claim”).

20) Marketing Opt in/Opt out. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to receive marketing messaging, including email and mobile messaging, from Alana Maria.
