Processing Times
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and our made-to-order model, all orders require approximately 2 business days to process before dispatch.
During periods of increased demand, processing times may extend up to 5 days business days.
Please note that public holidays may also affect processing times.
Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

We offer fast and free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@alanamariajewellery.com with your order number and details. We will assist you promptly.
Click and Collect
Click and collect orders are available exclusively for collection at our Freshwater boutique. Please note that when we receive your order, it is picked and packed in our warehouse before being sent to the store for collection, not fulfilled directly from boutique stock.
Collecting Your Order

Visit Alana Maria Jewellery’s Freshwater boutique with your collection email and to pick up your order.

Please collect your order within 10 days of receiving your 'Ready for Pick Up' email. If you need more time, contact our team to discuss options.
Orders not collected within 10 days a refund will be issued and the item/s will be returned to stock.
