Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for our BONDI Store. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who can inspire a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure our boutique reflects the values and standards of Alana Maria Jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Customer Experience
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
- Foster a supportive, high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and staff development.
- Recognise and celebrate team achievements, encouraging engagement and professional growth.
Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor and drive store KPIs, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct appointments in AMJF, including jewelling, repairs and custom designs.
- Develop initiatives to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and sales performance.
- Collaborate and support the Retail Cluster Manager to optimise business results.
Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and oversee visual merchandising standards.
- Assisting the Cluster Manager with rostering and approving timesheets for the store, if needed.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Retail Leadership: 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role preferred.
- Strategic & Analytical: Ability to interpret daily KPI’s and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship building.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and support your team.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for inventory management and store presentation.
- Resilience & Professionalism: Confident handling performance discussions and problem-solving challenges.
Preferred but Not Essential
- Experience in the fashion, jewellery, or design industry.
- Background in visual merchandising.
Additional Information
- Full-time position with availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster required. Thursday late night trade availability needed.

Alana Maria Jewellery is seeking a Permanent Jewellery Specialist who can provide exceptional customer service experience to all customers who attend AMJ Forever appointments. Ensuring a positive, informative and engaging approach with highly trained jewelling skills to design and weld on custom pieces.
This role may also assist in other areas of the business as required, including but not limited to; monthly Component Stocktake; providing assistance in the office to other departments in the company. Assisting in Retail and providing exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

- Host AMJF appointments with positive and upbeat energy.
- Provide detailed advice and thoughtfully design pieces with the customers.
- Operate a welding machine and jewelling tools to install custom pieces
- Uphold safe practice around machinery and tools
- Meet or exceed the set daily KPI’s for the sales in AMJF.
- Actively implement the Company’s sales strategies and promotions to ensure maximum profit is generated.
- Treat every appointment as an opportunity to upsell additional pieces and charms and inform the customer of any in store or online member benefits, promotions or sales.
